I’m glad to share with you that after many requests, I will be finally hosting an in person cooking workshop in the Byron Shire this month.
Join me on Sunday 16th June for this interactive workshop that will guide you through the foundations of Ayurvedic nutrition & cooking and teach you how to create balanced meals with Ayurvedic principles.
This intimate experience will invite you into my sattvic home to learn the art of Ayurvedic cooking, share a nourishing meal and connect with community.
In this workshop I will guide you through:
The fundamentals of Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking
Learn how to make balanced meals with Ayurvedic principles
Learn the ‘shad rasa’ or six tastes and how to have them present in every meal
Understand how to tune into your own body and eat in alignment with nature.
Learn how to create an Ayurvedic ‘balanced bowl’
Make Ayurvedic staples such as dahl, chapati, chutneys and more!
This workshop will go for about 3-4 hours and include a lecture from Emily, interactive cooking demonstration and beautiful Ayurvedic lunch with plenty of time for connection, questions & discussion. You will also receive handouts & recipes to take home.
