Welcome To Ahara Rasa,
Ahara Rasa is a space to inspire you to nourish your body & mind with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. We specialise in Ayurvedic nutrition & cooking as the foundation for health & healing.
Ahara Rasa translates from sanskrit to “the essence of food” and is where we begin on our healing journey. Ayurveda teaches that what we eat and digest has one of the most direct impacts on our health and vitality.
When we are eating in a way that is sattvic and aligned with nature, food is our greatest medicine.
We teach you how to create balance in your diet, lifestyle & daily rhythms so that you can live a life of true, radiant health in harmony with nature.
About Emily. . .
Emily is an Ayurvedic health advisor, Sattva yoga teacher & passionate cook based in the Northern Rivers Region of Australia. Growing up between Australia & South East Asia she has always held a natural curiosity for eastern wisdom, nourishing food and connecting with nature.
Emily’s journey with Ayurveda began in her early twenties during her first yoga teacher training. This ancient wisdom was able to create a language for things she already intuitively understood about herself, nature and our innate ability to heal. Ayurveda changed the way she saw the world, helped her balance her body & mind and created a new foundation for how she lives her daily life.
Emily is most known for her passion for Ayurvedic Nutrition & Cooking and this is where Ahara Rasa was born. Emily is passionate about teaching her community how to reconnect to nature through nourishing food, conscious cooking and reclaiming the sacred ritual of eating.
Emily offers Ayurvedic health consultations with a focus on Ayurvedic nutrition, cooking workshops, online courses and seasonal cleanses. Emily also loves to share her cooking by offering Ayurvedic catering for sattvic events locally in the Northern Rivers.
